Penthouse nabs ppsf record in East Williamsburg
A penthouse snagged a new record price per square foot in East Williamsburg. The condo at 28 Herbert Street sold for $3.1 million, or $1,925 per square foot, according to documents reviewed by The Real Deal. The deal unseated a penthouse at the Umbrella Factory, which sold for $1,865 per square foot in 2023, and a penthouse at 392 Graham Avenue, which sold for $1,845 a foot last August. Unit PHB spans 1,610 square feet and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and an 800-square-foot terrace.
