A company managed by Uzi Ben Abraham, co-founder of Premier Equities, paid $12 million — the asking price — for a newly built, three-bedroom condominium unit at The Surrey Residences at 20 East 76th Street, which was developed by the Reuben Brothers. Douglass Elliman’s Michelle Griffith and Lauren Muss had the listing, which went live in September 2024.
