Law firm takes full floor at Empire State Building
Law firm Elsberg Baker & Maruri signed a lease for 39,000 square feet at the Empire State Building, the Commercial Observer reported. Elsberg will occupy one full floor and one partial floor at Empire State Realty Trust’s landmark at 20 West 34th Street. The asking rent for the space and the lease duration were not disclosed. The average asking rent in Midtown during the second quarter was $82.28 per square foot, according to CBRE.
