Hamptons mansion seeking $79.5M finds a buyer
An East Hampton mansion found a buyer — and possibly one of the year’s priciest deals. The estate at 105 Lily Pond Lane was sold in an all-cash deal to a mystery buyer after asking $79.5 million, the New York Post reported. The deal was inked for less than the asking price, but could be the most expensive Hamptons sale in 2025.
