Brooklyn is in its townhouse era.  The property type has long drawn wealthy buyers to the borough, particularly in neighborhoods such as Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Park Slope, but lately, homes in some of the lesser-known enclaves have snagged record-breaking deals.  Earlier this week, an unfinished five-story home in Fort Greene set a record for the neighborhood when it was sold for $8.8 million.
