Another condo at 111 West 57th Street leads Manhattan’s luxury contracts
Another condo at JDS Development and Property Markets Group’s 111 West 57th Street snagged the top deal inked in Manhattan last week. Unit 42 at the Billionaires’ Row tower, asking $22.5 million, was the priciest of 23 contracts signed for homes in the borough asking $4 million or more between Aug. 11 and Aug. 17, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report. The pending deal marks the ninth time this year that a condo at the building claimed the first or second spot in the report.
