Alleged Adams straw donor planning Park Slope multifamily building
An alleged Eric Adams crony has a new development project. Tolib Mansurov, a Brooklyn developer and alleged straw donor to Mayor Eric Adams, is planning a new building, Crain’s reported. Mansurov founded and heads United Elite Group. The firm owns 67 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope, where plans were filed Monday for a 14-story construction project. Mansurov was accused by federal prosecutors of arranging illegal straw donations to Adams’ 2021 mayoral campaign in exchange for help smoothing over any problems at the buildings department for United Elite Group.
