SJP Properties’ 200 Amsterdam snags Manhattan’s priciest contract
SJP Properties’ 200 Amsterdam Avenue snagged the top mark for priciest inked deal in Manhattan last week. The 42nd-floor condo at the Lincoln Square development, asking $21 million, was the most expensive of 29 properties in the borough asking $4 million or more to land buyers between July 14 and July 20, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly report. The total was up from 19 contracts signed in the previous period. The apartment spans 4,700 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
