Jake Gyllenhaal has traded his condo at a star-studded Tribeca property for a premium. An entity tied to the Academy Award-nominated actor sold his apartment at Metro Loft Management’s 443 Greenwich Street in an off-market deal for $14 million, according to the city register. Gyllenhaal purchased the unit for $8.6 million in 2017. The buyer’s identity is shielded by an LLC with an address in Los Angeles.
