Brooklyn buyers continue to flock to new construction townhouses. A Boerum Hill townhouse with access to a suite of condo amenities topped Brooklyn’s luxury market between July 28 and Aug. 2, according to compass’ weekly report for contracts signed on homes asking at least $2 million. In total, there were 18 contracts signed for $52.5 million. Last week, there were 19 contracts signed for $57 million. During the same week last year, there were 10 contracts signed for $30 million.
