A sprawling mansion featuring grand marble staircases and gold-leaf molding imported from Italy just hit the market for $25 million.  It’s in Bay Ridge.  The property at 220 77th Street is the priciest listing in Brooklyn, according to Zillow, outshining even a $20 million townhouse in Brooklyn Heights — the usual culprit for the borough’s eye-popping price tags.
